Mobile Car Diagnostics — How the Service Works
"Mobile diagnostics" means the diagnostic equipment and the specialist come to you — not the other way around. This page explains exactly what happens from submitting a request to finishing the check.
The process is simple and has 4 steps: you fill out a short form or call directly, tell us the car's make and the issue you've noticed, agree on an address and time, and then the specialist arrives at the agreed location with professional diagnostic equipment.
On-site, the specialist connects to the car's diagnostic port, reads the relevant electronic modules, and runs the check needed for the specific case (engine, ABS/ESP, SRS, transmission, comfort module and others). After the check, you get a clear, non-technical explanation of the results.
The service is available across Tbilisi, 24/7, regardless of the car's type or fuel system — petrol, diesel, hybrid (HEV/PHEV) or fully electric (EV).
